About James Legg

I'm an individual who has grown up loving sport and developed a love for the drive and hardwork within the sports industry. Due to this, I believe I have moulded myself around these characteristics, forever wanting to push/grow myself further to be the best person I can be. Enthusiasm and ambition are skills I strive towards to achieve desired goals. I have targets set at working within the sports and exercise science industry with plans on eventually finding a specific role such as an exercise/respiratory/cardiac physiologist. I am confident and motivated in my head along with the mindset of wanting to learn something new, showing I believe in self-development to improve my qualities and build on my weaknesses.I have pursued a path within sport science, after studying sport and biology for 4 years at school and at sixth form, by completing an undergraduate degree within sport and exercise science at the University of Worcester. I continued my development by completing a postgraduate masters degree within applied sport science, again at the University of Worcester. Alongside both degrees I have also completed 2 years of volunteering at Worcester City Women's FC as both a Co-lead performance analyst and sport scientist, working to help improve both the teams performance but also the clubs growth.In addition, I have also completed my Level 2 Gym instructor certificate to help boost my skills of working with clients and gain personal credibility of my newly founded coaching skills.Following on from University, I have been conducting health surveillance medicals around the country firstly with Optima Health and now with Spire occupational health.From a personal aspect, I always look forward to social events and enjoy creating new connections with individual and experiencing new things.
