Certified Scrum Master and Business Analyst of 18 years with exposure to the full project Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). During my tenure with various organizations I was responsible for the successful implementation of various projects in which I participated in and oversaw (FULL SDLC): • Business Case Preparation • Detailed Business/Functional Requirements • Process Design / Re-engineering and Impacts to Business Systems o AS IS and TO BE • Stakeholder Management – Executive to End User • Vendor Management – Selection through to Implementation • Project Planning and Scheduling (End to End Project Management) • Review of Technical Specifications • User Acceptance Testing (including test plans, test cases and execution) • Training Documentation • Implementation and integration in to the production environment • Oversee change control protocol • Project workshops and interviews • Project reporting – all levels of management – to Executive level o Project Schedule tracking o Project Risks/Actions/Issues Decision (RAID) Logs • Project steering group meetings (incorporating meeting agendas, chairing the meeting and minutes) My further objectives are to pursue project business analyst /project management roles to capitalise on extensive and varied experience obtained in the financial services and music industries.
