About James Liermann

I'm going to finish my enlistment in the U.S. Navy in a few months, and over the last four years I have had many experiences that have led to the hard work ethic and professionalism that I now have. I was fortunate to have many leaders above me that taught me essential life lessons such as the ability to thrive and adapt in stressful situations, and the importance of paying attention to the minutest of details. I served as a tactical coordinator which means I was in charge of overseeing my watch team to be sure that everyone was up to date on qualifications, as well as making sure all procedures and requirements were met on the job to ensure the successful completion of the mission. I am a very hard working and dedicated individual who goes out of their way to ensure family, friends, and co-workers are getting the help they need to be successful.
