I enjoy diving into the data, drawing conclusions & moving projects forward. I care obsessively about the team - listening, challenging, developing - creating an inclusive working environment. I am known for excellent communication & interpersonal skills, a high level of integrity and taking a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Having spent 21 years on a journey in fashion retail, I wore many hats, each influencing the supportive leader I’ve become. Over that time there were monumental changes, all of which I am proud to have successfully supported, aiding in evolving Abercrombie & Fitch and its leaders [in key functions] to where they are today. I have expertise in the following HR-related areas: employee relations, change management, engagement, compliance, process development, organizational strategy, succession planning, talent acquisition & management, performance management, training & development, separations, contracts/agreements, and total rewards. I have proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Excel, Power Point, Word), Adobe tools (PDF, Illustrator, InDesign), PeopleSoft HR, EthicsPoint Case Builder, ThinkLP, Org+, among others.
