I am a clinical assistant professor in Infectious Disease at University of Arizona - Banner University Medical Center Tucson. I received my MD from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. I completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Residency at Beaumont Health at Royal Oak, MI and served as chief resident in my 4th year. I then completed my adult Infectious Diseases fellowship at University of Arizona - Banner University Medical Center in Tucson. My long-term goals are to be involved in academics and in teaching trainees of all levels. I hope to be able to use my combined internal medicine and pediatrics background to serve patients in the vulnerable transitional period going from pediatric to adult care, so they do not fall through the cracks.
