As the Chief Operating Officer of Make Group LLC, a residential builder in NY and PA, I oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of the company. I have a Cvent certification that enables me to manage and optimize the procurement and contracting process for our projects. I also leverage my sales and marketing expertise to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close contracts with clients and partners. In addition to my COO role, I am also the Sales Director of Catoctin Hemp, a company that produces and distributes high-quality hemp products. I am responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, leading and training the sales team, and managing the customer relationships and retention. Furthermore, I am a licensed real estate agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc, where I help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. I have over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management, and I have consistently delivered revenue increases of over 200% on average in multiple industries.
