James’ expertise covers a variety of residential property types including city centre apartments, flatted and standard two storey estate developments, residential portfolios, one off high value houses and purpose-built and converted student accommodation schemes. James further provides agency and disposal advice on residential development sites throughout the North West on behalf of land owners and additionally provides advice to house-builders (both national and regional), land owners and local authorities in relation to Financial Viability Appraisals during the planning process. James also has extensive experience in secured lending valuations across all the main commercial sectors together with a wide-range of portfolio valuation work.
