James has over 30 years experience in strategically planning and leading digital transformation of medium and large sized companies. He gained the foundation of problem solving and people leadership skills starting out his career as an Army Officer.James has a track record of leading complex change that require organisations, and the ecosystems they do business within, to operate differently. Key to that change is crafting and telling a simple story of where you are going and then continually telling that story in different guises to help people adapt to new mindsets and behaviours and thus adopt better ways of operating. James has succeeded where previous attempts have failed. James' focus on setting the right tone and driving action towards a better customer and employee experience, empowering others to generate new ideas and lift business performance: be it better services or revenue and operating margin improvement.
