As a Sr Litigation Specialist and Team Lead at Sedgwick Delegated Authority, I am a Corporate Representative for our carrier clients and have over 4 years of experience in handling complex commercial claims, including flood, property, wind, hail, and water loss. I provide litigation support and alternative dispute resolution services, such as depositions, mediation, arbitration, and appraisal, for small, medium, and middle market businesses. I am also a certified WRT, ANFI and AIC-M, demonstrating my knowledge and skills in property insurance, flood insurance and claims management. I have also worked directly with FIMA FEMA personnel as the Xactimate Lead for NFIP Task Force, examining over flood claims and providing feedback and guidance on flood estimating software. I was a member of the Xacware FEMA Flood Roundtable, a group of experts who collaborated to help Verisk develop their FEMA Flood-type estimating software. My mission is to deliver high-quality customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills to my clients and stakeholders, while leading and developing a diverse and cross-functional team of adjusters and examiners.
