About James Lutz

My name is James Lutz. I have 19 years of experience in the Fire service. I am a master firefighter and a paramedic. I am skilled in Emergency Services, Firefighting, Public Safety, Paramedicine, and Emergency Management. I began my professional firefighting career at Converse Fire Department in Converse, Texas. Over the last several years, I have found that the key to leadership and success is building trust, establishing relationships, and collaborating with others. I graduated from Lonestar Community College (Associate) and University of Clear Lake (Bachelor), and I am currently attending Texas A&M - College Station (Master). I am motivated to succeed in my journey and looking forward to what opportunities lie ahead. I am always improving myself and my work ethic is second to none. I wholeheartedly believe a career as a First Responder and being a Public Servant, is not something you get into to collect a paycheck, it's a calling, and since I was 10, I knew this was something that I was born to do! Every morning when I wake up, I am honored and ready to serve the community.
