IT professional with over 25 years of increasing experience. During this career growth, I have worked most areas within the IT: PC and server builds, help desk, network infrastructure design and management, application development and management, management of large IT project implementations and integrations, management of IT department expense and capital budgets, and direction of company IT direction and growth. Currently working in the Legal Department at Princess Cruises as the Records Management Project Manager and System Administrator, deploying Hyland OnBase Enterprise Content Management system company-wide. Demonstrated leadership in guiding the IT strategic direction for the company, working with senior management to recommend and obtain approval of direction of major projects and departmental budgets. Coordination of vendor/consultant lead projects and product support. Management of application deployments and training for the company. Excellent communication and problem solving skills with ability to forge strong internal and external cross-functional team alliances as well as solid business relationships. A financial/accounting background provides strong analytical and financial skills necessary to help manage the IT department budgets and projects. Project experience includes: Current Hyland OnBase records management deployment, project lead in VOIP (Avaya) implementation and Call Center, several acquisitions and divestitures of divisions working to connect or disconnect infrastructure and systems, development of SharePoint Portal Server and migration from a Novell network and GroupWise email to Active Directory and Exchange.
