About James M. Hall

Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire."- William Butler Yeats I concur with the above sentiment. Education isnt about how much you know, however, it's about the intrinisic desire that motivates one to want to learn and know more. As, an educator it is my passion to positively and productively aide young people in their cognitive, social and academic development. I aim to create an all inclusive safe zone learning environment, that celebrates individual uniquesness, fosters independent and group participation, and promotes the commonality we all possess, equality, respect, and opportunity. I desire to be instrumental in lighting the fire of education in the lives of all that I may come in contact with because success should be purpose driven. Reminding all that knowledge is power and the power is in your passion which propels you toward your In My Mantra:"Advirsity is only a milestone on this journey toward Success. When faced with adversity we must implement the Triple P effect; Push, Past, the Pain! It is only then, when we will be able to fully Triumph and evolve."
