About James M. Harshman

HARSHMAN CE GROUP LLC is a small local engineering company with our heart set on growing lasting relationships in our community of southwestern PA. We are a family, a team, a well-oiled machine built on integrity, energy, and intelligence. I am very thankful for the amazing people God has favored to bless our company with, both employees and clients. My hope is that through the work we do, that same favor will fill each project that comes across our desks! My Backstory: after a couple years in Civil Engineering training at the Air Force Academy, I finished up my degree at Carnegie Mellon and settled myself back in the Washington County PA area to grow a family and a solid career. I have invested my professional days in building quality business relationships and lasting projects as a Professional Civil Engineer and PA Certified Building/ADA Inspector. Recently I also obtained credentials for Wetland Delineation as well. I take a good bit of pride in my experience and credentials, but I know it is not all to my credit alone. A lot of pieces and providence have come together over the years. And I trust there are even better things in store for the future! God has tremendously blessed my family and my career. It's just amazing to see how He has held us together through some pretty intense storms of life! They say it can be easy to get sidetracked and believe that wealth and fame make the world go around, but my bottom line is that everything I do is so that my beautiful wife and incredible two sons have a solid foundation for life and the best hope for tomorrow possible. They are my world. So if you are new to this page and interested in finding out about me, thanks for looking! I will try to keep this current and relevant.
