I am an accomplished senior executive that has made it my particular commitment to assist promising community organizations for children and families. Known for a commitment to family centered services and a holistic business sense gathered from a multi-level non-profit career of 34 years, I have proven expertise in implementing effective strategies for mission-focus and organizational success. Directed by efficient sensibilities, I have a wide variety of experience to draw from. I am prospector of executive values, constantly identifying and pulling from recognized models for success and ownership. I consider myself a strategic arranger, seeing the larger picture, while also understanding how each piece of the puzzle can fit together to minimize opportunity costs. Respect for various strategies such as PQI and the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People has also helped me to realize significant goals for myself as well as the organizations I’ve been involved with. I have chaired a variety of initiatives, including treatment improvement, fundraising, program development, and internal procedures. Always with process innovation in mind, I have also arranged agency mergers and collaborations while continuing regulatory compliance and efficiency.
