Helping people resolve conflict quickly, and biblically. As the Director of Mayport City Mission, I provided leadership and oversight to this non-profit outreach ministry. Mayport City Mission provides food, clothing, and self-help program assistance to economically challenged people in the local Jacksonville communities. Operations Lead for East Coast HSL/HSM squadron operations with an emphasis on Asset Management and Inventory Control. Eighteen years of providing management and administrative oversight of programs and projects of all sizes and scopes. James is recognized as a subject matter expert in database administration, rotary aircraft operations, and training including organizational communications database, radar, electronic support measures, and acoustics. James has instructed in multiple types of classroom environments. He manages an annual budget of 4.3 million dollars in expendable assets.
