Dedicated Practitioner with personal and professional experience of Social Care provision and delivery, with particular interest in service improvement, procedural ethics and operational management that is led by data analysis and research. Neurodiverse and committed to improving neurodiversity within the workplace and beyond, with a passion for empowering people and promoting life skills and life management development for those experiencing neurodivergence and enduring mental health issues. I am committed to the active promotion and participation of continuous professional development and improvement within the Health and Social Care sector, being resolute in my desire for vocational success that allows my interests and skills to grow and thrive within a diverse, unique and engaged organisation. I bring acquired knowledge of the infrastructure of the industry through networking and liaising with external agencies, further enhanced by my role as an unpaid carer and remain engaged with the wider industry through involvement with various sector improvement projects and initiatives. I am an avid fan of music and documentaries, with a passion for travelling.
