As an Air Force Veteran and Project Manager in the nuclear services business unit at Premier Technology, Inc, I handle federal service (DOE, DOD, Commercial) work, particularly focusing on delivering highly complex equipment to DOE facilities governed by our NQA-1 quality program. I take full responsibility for assigned projects and also contribute to project teams for larger assignments. My role involves comprehensive project management, including interpreting complex contract documents, fabrication specifications, quality specifications, and drawings. I adeptly develop and maintain project schedules using software such as Microsoft Project, Planner, and Excel. Additionally, I create manufacturing/fabrication travelers that incorporate critical project requirements and seamlessly coordinate with internal resources, subcontractors, and vendors to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. My regular communication with customers, company senior management, and internal stakeholders, paired with my involvement in proposal writing, estimating on existing projects, and continuous long-term relationship management with customers, demonstrates my dedication and proficiency in project management.
