About James Magnus

With several years of experience in the food and beverage, cosmetics, and plastics manufacturing arenas, my strengths lie in organizing people to produce a quality product according to customer standards. This includes a keen awareness of compliance in all matters of protocol, safety and training, implementation of cost saving programs, and the development of SSOP's and SOP's to match industry expectations. I have experience with AIB,SQF, BRC, USDA, Kosher, TPM/TQM and Six Sigma. I have also gained a familiarity with ISO 13485 relating to the manufacturing of medical devices. I am a certified forklift trainer and have taken course work in Spanish for the workplace. I have also taken the 30 hour OSHA general safety program. I am a hands on manager with aspirations to see people reach their maximum potential while assisting the industry in fulfilling quality safety and production demands and maintaining the bottom line.
