I am an extremely passionate hospitality student with experience in luxury resorts, restaurants, hotels, health clubs, & more. My dream is to become a General Manager of a luxurious & prestigious resort. Only wanting to be the best General Manager I can be, I desire to have broad experience in every aspect of the industry. Whether it be a small coffee shop, room resort in a vacation destination, prestigious restaurant, or bustling theme park, I guarantee a positive impact will be left on every property I work at and every team I manage. Constantly hungry to learn more ways to both create lifelong memories & drive revenue, I live to deliver top-notch hospitality that guests will remember forever. A few accomplishments & highlights of my hospitality experience throughout the years- Received the Gold Axe award through NAU, given for outstanding work in the classroom & through leadership experience, service, & extra-curricular activities - only given to the top 1% of the senior graduating class - Created a 30+ page thorough marketing plan for a resort - Designed a training schedule for a high-end restaurant's bussers & expeditors - Recognized multiple times on feedback surveys for going above and beyond service expectations during my time at Walt Disney World - Received a certification in Disney Hospitality from The Walt Disney Company - Ran NAU's Family Weekend Casino Night fundraiser, breaking attendance and revenue records - Became a Certified Food Protection Manager through ServSafe - Became a Certified Beer Server through the Cicerone Certification Program - Founder & previous president of my high school's first culinary club - First president of the NAU HRM Taste & Toast Society, a club meant to teach hospitality students about beverages and beverage management - First treasurer of the NAU Gastronomy Club, a club meant to teach all NAU students about cooking, food management, & life in the kitchen - Elected General Manager by my peers for a pop-up restaurant serving faculty members Italian cuisine - Held 8 positions in 4 years for my fraternity, with my work as Recruitment Chairman being recognized by our headquarters for increasing our manpower by 25% in only one year - Received 6 business management & marketing certificates - Received 4 NAU Career Fair "Best of the Best" awards from 4 different resorts I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a certificate in Hotel Management from Northern Arizona University, and am expecting to graduate in May 2025.
