I feel very fortunate in the way that my career has enabled me to combine all the things I enjoy most; technical products, the great outdoors, communicating and interacting at all levels. My role as Brand and Sales Manager for Mountain Boot Company brings a huge amount of diversity every day, which keeps a high level of focus across my area of responsibility. The average day can include, sales, training, planning strategies and campaigns, problem-solving and decision-making.Working with brands such as Scarpa, Sea to Summit, deuter and Lorpen has given me a wealth of insight and experience across key categories in the outdoor industry, from grass roots to the pinnacle of outdoor technology. Previous roles focused on an even wider range of product from a great variety of sectors. I have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A fast and flexible learner, I adapt well in changing situations and am methodical and organised.I’m always looking to expand my knowledge and understanding of the outdoor and winter-sports industries, and would welcome any opportunity to discuss what our collective future might look like.
