About James Mancini

As an experienced Director of Facilities, I’m responsible for managing crew seven days a week to update, repair, and refresh Skilled Nursing, Transitional care, Independent and Assisted Living for 332+ residents in a 500,00 square foot building on 72 acres. I’m passionate about ensuring safety and delivering excellent resident and client satisfaction. In my current role, I also oversee materials management and the IT department. I’m known for bringing broad construction and project management skills and expertise in running Health Department safety drills to make sure residents and staff stay safe. I recently revised the emergency preparedness plan book to meet all updated Department of Health Life Safety requirements. I oversee a maintenance crew and multiple subcontractors. We provide reliable, responsive service to our residents and employees.
