I'm a hard working individual that recognises the importance of being a team player. I'm highly competitive but I realise that with the best team around you then you can achieve practically anything that you put your mind to, or at least give it a good go. I don't want to be a 7 in a bunch of 5's, I want to be an 11 in a bunch of 9's. I have an abundance of ideas constantly going through my mind. Some are good, some are great and admittedly some are rubbish but without those ideas and the ability to express these ideas then nothing will be done. I'm a firm believer of just because something has been done that way for the past ten years doesn't mean that it's the best way to do it. You always have to try something new. That's how were in the position that we're in today. That's why you're reading this on LinkedIn and not asking for my CV. I embrace change and want to be an innovator not just a follower. I'm an avid cyclist too. I love pushing myself, not just in my profession but in my hobbies and interests too. Riding from London to Paris was great, but I want bigger and better. Lockdown has taught a lot about myself and having had to work from home for the last two years I'm open to both location work or remote working. Reach out to me if you like what you see.
