About James Mariner

Having over 33 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) field and nearly 18 years at the senior level, my career has provided me opportunities to analyze, design, plan and implement numerous large scale voice and data network infrastructures. Those results have provided a large array of vendor integration over multiple protocols and standards. My vast knowledge in the IT Industry and expert telecommunications background, along with strong leadership and problem solving skills, has allowed me to lead project teams that perform installations and maintain the implementation and performance tuning of Voice/Data Network environments for over 300 client’s dependent on our maintenance contracts and service level agreement standards. My career has allowed me to take on key implementation responsibilities for new technology, application development, technical services, data administration and contact center solutions. Equally as strong as my Project Management skills would be my experience and knowledge in the Design and Engineering of Kaiser Permanente’s Contact Centers. I have been deeply involved in the progression of this site from day one when the construction of the IKEA infrastructure was demolished. I played a key role in the design, planning and installation of the Avaya S87xx Contact Center back in 2008. After maintaining this Center and all of its assets I also assisted and played a major role in cutting over to the new Cisco platform for the 5 major centers including the analysis, design, and programming of SIP trunking, call routing, VG224 integration and Unity data entry. I have a very proven success in Project Management, Analysis, Design and Deployment of ACD systems including Avaya, Nortel, Aspect and Cisco.
