After 7 1/2 years at Zendesk growing the EMEA business, I was recruited as the first man on the ground at Dixa. Working closely with the Senior Leadership team to build and define the GTM. Recently, leading the charge in EMEA helping companies take advantage of the latest advancements in generative AI and LLM assistants for Quiq. Now taken on the challenge with Evaluagent helping organisations use AI-powered quality management and analytics solutions that help contact centers improve agent performance, ensure compliance, and enhance customer experience. My areas of expertise include Solution Selling, Strategic Sales, Coaching and Developing sales teams, SEM/SEO, CRM systems, and the implementation and best practice around customer service and customer experience. Recently, I'm becoming a subject matter expert in everything around generative AI and LLM space.
