I love to dig into customer problems and solve them with good design. I create well researched, well designed products and services users love. How do I do this? By learning from the people who matter most to your business. your customers. I have enjoyed senior positions in Project Management and Client Services over the years but nothing has sparked my passion more than creating digital products. I absolutely love creating beautiful, unique apps and websites that are designed around genuine user needs and match up with business goals. If you're planning a new digital product, or want to refresh your existing offering, I can help ensure it's success- I work with you and your team to gather your goals and requirements- I will identify your ideal customers, early adopters and target market via user research- I'll make sure I truly understand your customer needs and desires and use them to drive my designs- I will then create functional prototypes to test my designs, continually honing and refining them- I deliver the final prototype and specification. Giving you everything you need to build your product. I can also help deliver your projects- I'm an experienced Digital Project Manager- I've previously worked with, and delivered projects for large, well known companies- I'm a certified Prince2 Practitioner- I have designed and delivered award winning products.
