Successfully managed $5M budgets and developed technical services divisions from the ground floor, as well as built and led top performing teams, my expertise is extensive and my achievements are highly unique. My roles in the past ranged from Creating, Developing, and Managing IT Quality Assurance Practices, IT Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Project Management, my highlights while serving in the above included: • Slashing 20% from multimillion dollar department Infrastructure budget through aggressive vendor contract negotiations and team restructuring initiative. • Creating an IT Quality Assurance Practice, processes, metrics, standards, and Team. Managed the implementation of all QA Tools including HP Quality Center, QTP, and Load Runner. • Achieving and maintaining high levels of business continuity enterprise-wide through introduction and creation of a new Disaster Recovery Plan and systems. • Overseeing successful implementation and culmination of multiple major projects, including HP Quality Center, LoadRunner, CA Service Desk, infrastructure upgrades, enterprise backup solutions, firewall/security, messaging, network and system management, and system redesign.
