As the Group Sales and Marketing Director at Sovereign Business Solutions Group, I have been leading the development and execution of sales strategies and revenue streams for over seven years. I am passionate about delivering profitable growth and improving customer experience through effective training, development, and coaching of my high-performing team. I also manage sales administration and CRM information, ensuring all activities are compliant with legal, regulatory, and company requirements. In addition to my role at Sovereign Business Solutions Group, I serve as the Chairman of the Boss Federation Midlands Committee, where I facilitate communication and collaboration between companies and individuals within the business supplies and services industry. I also hold a non-executive director position at The Kaleidoscope Plus Group, a leading health and wellbeing charity in the Midlands. I am committed to promoting positive health and wellbeing, and supporting the communities we serve. I hold an ISMM QCF Level 3 Award in Sales and Marketing, and I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices to enhance my performance and contribute to the success of my organisations.
