I am a B.A hons Marketing graduate with 25 years’ experience with Global FMCG companies,(British American Tobacco, Heinz & Diageo). Over this period I have built a vast commercial knowledge and capability dealing with a variety of customers. My key strengths are: 1) Devising compelling customer propositions that unlock growth opportunities and maximise sustainable profit delivery. 2) Relationship management. 3) Development and delivery of customer plans and brilliant execution of these plans 4) I have a fantastic ability to understand customer requirements and match these to specific Diageo propositions creating a win/win for both parties. I have a deep personal belief that building strong customer relationships based on compelling commercial rationales, customer understanding and consumer insights is pivotal in growing my business. To fulfil this ambition, internal relationships are also very important. I ensure excellent working relationships with all internal departments.
