I joined financial services in 1997, falling into recruitment with LSL in 2010. Since then, I’ve been charged with LSL’s senior level recruitment across the wider LSL group, alongside my main role of recruiting Mortgage Advisors for the 1100+ partner firms (ARs) of LSL’s PRIMIS Mortgage Network. I’d like to think that I’m straight talking, I know what good looks like and can spot talent from afar. My thrill of the sale is introducing a candidate that goes on to become a huge success with us – that’s what drives me each day. I’m Dad to Lily, Hubby to Jane and we live in our forever home in Leicestershire. My chosen specialist subject on Mastermind would be 3 letter airport codes – I’m a great night out!
