With over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage/entertainment industry, I have a passion for creating memorable and enjoyable experiences for our guests, while ensuring operational excellence and profitability for our business. My core competencies include managing multiple outlets, catering and special events, revenue and cost control, staff development and retention, safety and sanitation, and quality assurance. As a certified Sommelier Level 1 from Walt Disney World, I also have a keen knowledge and appreciation of wine and food pairing, which I apply to enhance our menu offerings and guest satisfaction. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to grow Puttshack's brand and presence in the US and UK markets, and to deliver the best mini-golf hospitality in the industry.
