I am a Partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team at Higgs LLP. We are an award winning, full-service law firm and deliver commercial solutions regionally and nationally. The commercial dispute resolution team provide focused, pro-active, actionable cost effective advice, ensuring legal budgets are maximised. We pride ourselves on working collaboratively with clients. I support businesses with day-to-day and business critical issues and often act as an extension to in-house legal teams. I have extensive experience in providing commercial solutions to complex disputes, particularly where reputation is at stake. I provide bespoke training sessions to minimise the prospect of the disputes occurring. My clients consist of privately owned businesses, listed global companies and high-net worth individuals, celebrities and sports stars. Education for me is key in all walks of life. Education is power and helps avoid potential pit falls. That is why I enjoy working with clients and providing training, whether that is to corporates, sports clubs/bodies or agencies. The training I provide can be focussed on how to avoid disputes, through to football clubs/players around how to protect your reputation (such as on social media) and how to spot and avoid common frauds prevalent in the industry.
