With over two decades of experience in mine action, explosive remnants of war (ERW) risk management, and security operations, I have successfully led large-scale demining projects in high-risk environments across Iraq and beyond. My expertise spans contract management, operational planning, compliance, and stakeholder engagement—ensuring the safe and efficient clearance of hazardous areas while supporting humanitarian and commercial initiatives. Currently serving as a Mine Action Coordinator at ENI B.V, I manage multi-million-pound demining contracts, oversee contractor performance, and liaise with government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and safety excellence. Previously, I spearheaded humanitarian mine action efforts in Mosul with the Danish Refugee Council, driving fundraising, project implementation, and cross-sector collaboration in post-conflict zones. My leadership is built on a foundation of military experience, technical EOD qualifications, and a commitment to safety, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
