PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:(Automotive Professional) James is a Master Automobile Technician certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE®) whose mechanical expertise extends beyond the family sedan to a variety of mechanical disciplines. James holds two other automotive industry certifications in addition to his master mechanic status. Involved in the automotive field for 30+ years, James has owned his own auto repair business since 2008 where he performs complete automotive repairs specializing in late-model engine performance problems and electrical challenges. He is also an Automotive Instructor, online training and proctoring test for automobile air conditioning technicians, including the U.S. EPA certification requirements (section 609) with the ESCO Inst. located in Mount Prospect, IL. James has extended his automotive expertise, which is geared toward helping people understand vehicle diagnostics and tackle their own vehicle problems, as well as mentor other mechanics and technicians training, sharing his insights and vast automotive repair knowledge. As if that's not enough to keep James busy, he also tinkers in electronics by experimenting with amateur radios and computers. When he isn't immersed in something mechanical, James most enjoys spending time with his family. Playing in the garden, landscaping and spending time on the Indian River Lagoon fishing, are high on the list, too. James lives in Edgewater, Florida with his extended family.
