Project & Strategic Leadership • Established Schroders' in-house Trustee Training programme, delivering quarterly sessions in major UK cities. • Spearheaded the firm’s growth in the Irish pension fund market from 2015 onward. • Led the internal and external coordination to secure the SDR Sustainable Impact Label for the Schroder BSC Investment Trust (2024). • Played a leading role in adopting and implementing Schroders Flight Path Swift (FPS) de-risking solution—successfully moved three DB schemes toward buyout.
