About James Morgan

My Sales/Account management Career started back in 2001 after spending almost 6 years in the Canadian Rockies working in the Hospitality and Adventure Tourism Industry, I moved back to Ottawa to Attend Algonquin College to take Business Marketing to eventually move into Business Development/Sales. My years experience in the hospitality industry was a great preparation developing into building trust relationships with clients within the IT industry. Over the past several years I have learned a great deal about technology and how it can help organizations run more efficiently. The most valuable parts of my job I have learned was at my first job as a grocery store bag packer at 13 years old. Treat the client as if they were your grand parents, Serve them, help them, build a relationship with them to understand their world, that way they would more than likely be willing to help and support you down the road. For me this lesson is all about partnering with clients to listen and understand their business so that I may provide solutions that work for their organization. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my Wife and 3 kids, in the outdoors, Camping, Hiking, and travelling.
