I started my career applying behavioral science to solve business problems. For several years I led PwC’s Behavioural Science practice, helping companies improve marketing, design, customer experience, and employee engagement through an interdisciplinary lens of psychology, evolution, and neuroscience. Now, I build products in healthtech, tackling complex healthcare challenges with technology and turning insights into real impact for users and patients. I rely on my behavioural science lens to inform Product Strategy, creating a competitive advantage that drives growth and differentiation from competitors. I was drawn to behavioural science by a deep curiosity about how I could make sense of human behavior, and I've built my career around translating those insights into practical solutions that work.
