About James Moule

I have gained experience and had the opportunity to develop my communication skills through my previous roles both in individual and group settings. This is an area I believe I excel in and would like to use these skills in a role that allows me to use them to their potential. Through my role as a Personal Trainer I have gained experience in sales and marketing, winning an award for packages sold in the business. This is another area that I would love to build a career in. Through my roles as a PT and Support, Time & Recovery Worker I have developed my skills in client relations, client retention and client communication. I am a very social person, so working within a team and in an engaging client-focused role is something that I consider an important aspect. I have completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology (Sport & Exercise) in which I achieved a First Class Honours Degree. Through these studies, I have developed excellent communication and writing skills, as well as gained experience in meeting tight deadlines and targets. I have also demonstrated my drive and ability to learn through my university studies and personal training qualifications. Furthermore, I chose to work whilst studying so that I could gain experience and still earn money throughout my studies, which I managed to maintain and achieve very high results in both my work and studies. I think this best demonstrates my passion to keep learning and keep progressing.I have experience working with computer programs, notably Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel), Adobe Studios (Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and SPSS Statistics.
