About James Nah

As an experienced Compliance and Risk Professional, I’m passionate about solving complex compliance, risk management and finance related problems. My career has a demonstrated history of working in financial services industry, which includes banks and fund managers. I’ve had successes in- implementing compliance and risk frameworks within complex organisations that operate in different legal jurisdictions, which enables business leaders to gain regulatory and operating risk insights about their business- leading the development of global principles, specifically for handling data addressing regulations from 8 critical countries for my client organisation; and - driving simplification of rationalisation of regulatory compliance records in client organisation’s compliance and risk management system. I also have a deep interest to coach other compliance and risk professionals to be more effective and influential in their organisations.
