About James Nance

Greetings, Originally, a network security professional, I have branched out and continued to accumulate skills and knowledge from all the opportunities I have been given the pleasure of performing. I have worked for Genco, a Dell subsidiary, on systems and servers on behalf of Dell clients. Creating, fixing, updating, and troubleshooting computers, tablets, servers and more. During my time at Dell I found I had a great skill for Customer Service and Account Management. At this point I decided to further my Customer Service, and Client Management career, and found a home at Lionzone, Inc. I continued to grow my Customer Service and Client Management skills for many years with Lionzone, Inc. Many friends, coworkers, and clients mentored me and eventually directed my interests towards the Insurance Industry. At that point I left Lionzone for Zander Insurance after obtaining my Property and Casualty Insurance License on my own merit. Along the years I have accumulated skills in programing, computer hardware & software, troubleshooting techniques, project management techniques, certificates in various google systems, customer service and much more. Thanks to all of my experiences I have learned that being a member of a team is more then just a one way street. It brings me joy being able to assist, train, and collaborate with all sorts of individuals to always bring my best. I have learned that you must do your best, not for my own sake, but for all that are involved in my day to day dealings inside and out of work.
