An ambitious General Manager always going the extra mile to ensure Holiday Park’s run at their very best. Vast knowledge of the industry and experience working both with small privately owned parks to major national chains. I have a strong focus on operations and pride myself in being able to run each park or (parks) at their very best and make the park both an enjoyable place for visitors and staff alike. I take great pleasure in internally promoting staff and witnessing their hard work pay off. I have experience in major takeovers of parks and implanting changes whilst being mindful of the TUPE procedures and staff morale. I have a wealth of financial knowledge (EBITA, Power BI etc) and oversee park budgets. I work with large teams with excess 150 employees. Love spending time with like minded people in the industry and bringing it into the twenty first century. A forward thinking individual. I enjoy new challenges and the variation that the industry brings especially since the Covid 19 pandemic. I have a particular appetite for great customer service as the demands of the guest are at an all time high. I enjoy driving change and taking onboard and actioning Directors requests. Ensuring that suitable change is made to best practices to ensure we are providing a better service but at a suitable cost. Currently the operational lead on a multi million CAPEX project at a Holiday Park in the South West.
