I am a strategic leader currently leading service delivery managers and specialising in IT service and operation management to improve and mature clients’ IT services at Waterstons, a consultancy where we believe technology is the key to unlocking the true potential of a business. I have a talented team who work across a variety of sectors where we blend technology with IT strategy. My current engagement is as an IT Operations Manager for an international engineering consultancy firm with over 20 locations across the globe, c. £64 million turnover and employs staff. I am responsible for the global IT infrastructure including voice, data, network and server management. In other engagements, I have developed IT infrastructure transformation strategies enabling a more efficient global operation while increasing availability, resiliency, security, manageability, and performance. Along with managing and successfully passing Cyber Essential Plus certification for multiple companies by implementing policies and processes based on the pre-certification assessment.Interested in anything cyber security, digital trust and edge computing while working with a variety of technology including but not limited to AWS, Cisco Meraki, Microsoft, Veeam and VMware.
