As Chief Privacy Officer, I am responsible for leading the firm’s privacy, AI and data regulatory compliance strategy and oversight of a highly regulated and complex business environment at Osaic. My department ensures compliance with US federal, state, and international data protection laws while supporting the company’s business objectives. I employ a risk-based approach to privacy risk management to successfully navigate the rapidly evolving privacy regulatory landscape. My areas of specialty include: privacy and data protection, regultory compliance, incident response and breach management, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), vendor and contract management, privacy by design, Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), third party risk management, data minimization, Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs), privacy policies, procedures and training.
