As the Associate Director of Digital Delivery at Pace | Architecture, Engineering and Planning, I lead the charge in driving our digital transformation initiatives. I use my technical expertise and relationship-building skills to drive innovation and excellence in delivering solutions that meet our business needs and I work closely with our CEO to develop and implement a long-term strategy for our digital design practices. My role is multifaceted and critical to the success of our organization. I'm responsible for championing the use of digital technology and practices, creating and embedding a prioritization approach for innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones. As a subject matter expert on agile digital project delivery, I act as a mentor to project teams and lead cultural, process-driven, and technical training in Digital Delivery. I also stay up-to-date on emerging external trends in digital technology solutions, and I champion a research and development program to test and validate new emerging technologies in the industry. Ultimately, I'm passionate about digital transformation and cultural change, and I strive to champion a brand and ecosystem for Digital Delivery that drives innovation and excellence throughout our organization.
