As the Director of Business Development at ADM Marketing, I build customer sales and loyalty for our clients through high ROI programming. I use our proprietary Identify. Attract. Retain.™ database optimization model to boost customer sales on a one-to-one basis via direct mail, email, and other services. I have a diverse and valuable background in both the military and the insurance industry. I am a Sergeant at the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, where I completed rigorous training and gained basic proficiency in Spanish. Prior to joining the military, I was the Sales Director at Pinnacle Financial Services, Inc, a leading provider of health insurance products. I led a team of agents in selling Medicare and other health plans, managing the sales and marketing strategy, and conducting goal analysis. I have a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with Law Enforcement Administration from Delaware Valley University, where I also took classes in Accounting and Business Management. I leverage my analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to excel in both the insurance industry and the military, delivering exceptional results for my clients and employer. I am passionate about helping people find the best health coverage for their needs and budget, as well as serving my country with honor and dedication. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities to grow professionally and personally.
