Very Motivated and quality driven professional. I completed a Bachelor of Science in Computing Degree in CIT in 2015. I Currently work at Dell Technologies in Ovens, Cork where I am a Senior Engineer and also Isilon and ECS Geo Lead providing world class customer service to their vast portfolio of customers. As part of my current job role I am the primary owner and maintainer of our groups global infrastructure of servers, this includes maintenance of the servers and the various applications running on those servers. I also provide assistance in planning, executing and reviewing cases for improvements and enhancements. As needed, I also provide my knowledge and experience to build tools/ web apps which help in providing solutions for the global team within the company and reporting where required, automating and modernising processes to improve standardisation, consistency, productivity and efficiency. I previously worked at Management level in a large retail premises for the Caulfield McCarthy group, at the time, the largest SuperValu chain in Ireland. I strive to be successful in what I do and always look for ways to improve, progress and move up the professional ladder. I am very good with working with people and I am very approachable.
