About James Oconnor

I am the Onboarding and Implementation Lead at Spectum.Life. Within my role, I have both project management and operational responsibilities. I manage all strategic client contracts and products, developing project plans, schedules, and executing plans to achieve agreed outcomes. I am also responsible for the development of the SOPs and SOWs across these products and contracts. Previous to my current role, I was a Dedicated Wellness Coordinator at Spectrum.Life, where I assisted clients with their workplace wellbeing strategies and managed wellbeing programmes for over 150 corporate clients. Prior to my work at Spectrum.Life, I have worked as a Research Assistant on a number of Public Health research projects at the University College Dublin, College of Business and School of Computer Science. I have a background in Psychology, having completed a Masters degree in Applied Social & Health Psychology and, a BSc in Psychology & Counselling. From my current and previous positions, I have developed skills in project management, operations develop and management, employee and participant recruitment, as well as data collection protocols and analysis for quantitative and qualitative research. Furthermore, I developed technical skills with the use of a variety of software programs such as HubSpot, Asana, Qualtrics, Zendesk, Dynamics (CRM), EndNote, CMS - Enterprise Content Management System, Microsoft Office, and SPSS.
