To some, an independent Executive Search firm and a Non-Profit Organisation for young people wouldn’t obviously go hand-in-hand. To me, they align 100%. When I founded Patrick Morgan in 2015, I was starting from scratch - building a network from the ground up. I was fortunate that this was possible for me, and we have since grown the team ( check out the roles we are hiring for at the moment!) We pride ourselves on being a partner in diverse hiring practices, educating and elevating our clients, our employees, and the industry. Something I think many people in our industry acknowledge is that there is still a lack of social mobility. That’s why we started the Patrick Morgan Foundation, with the aim of giving all young people the opportunity to fulfil their potential - irrespective of their socio-economic background.
