Previously, I supported UK-based Aerospace and Defence organisations as a Business Development Representative at Salesforce, introducing enterprise stakeholders to CRM, data, and AI strategies aligned to their mission-critical outcomes. Before joining Salesforce, I was a Customer Success Manager at Onclusive, where I managed a portfolio of clients across industries—owning the full sales cycle, driving renewals, and reducing churn through strong relationship management. I started my tech sales career at MediaHQ, where I built a strong foundation in outbound prospecting, research, and pipeline development.
