Graduated from Falls City, Oregon High School 1957. Summer 1957 and early Winter 1958 - Forestry replanting fir trees Oregon Coast Range Mountains. Summer of 1958 I worked on Nebraska Cattle Ranch. Winter of 1958 Joined Navy - Petty Officer Second Class - ZP3 Airship (Blimp) Squadron, Lakehurst N.J. Honorably discharged 1960. WINTER 1960 - Worked in Plywood Mill 1960 to 1962 Swing shift while attending daytime classes at Oregon College of Education in Monmouth, OR. Completed two semesters when I had to drop out due my marriage and family budget issues. Joined the Salem Fire Department as a line Firefighter in 1962. Attended Chemeketa Community College and received an Associate Degree in Fire Science. Served as Fire Fighter, Equipment Operator, Captain, Battalion Chief and Division Chief of Training. 1970 - 1980 Attended a series of annual Professional Fire Officer college level classes and attained the Oregon State Fire Marshall's Certification as a Fire Officer V, the highest level attainable. In 1983 I was promoted to Division Chief of Training where I was responsible for identifying training standards for all level of Fire Service Personel including the development and delivery of all training programs and promotional exams for all service levels. As Division Chief, I was charged with developing training programs and supporting budgets and training delivery, proficiency testing to ensure State Standards and ORSHA standards were met. Additionally I was charged with all promotional exam development and delivery. I held this position for over 10 years until my retirement on February 28, 1993. On March 1, 1993 I went to work for Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate in Salem, Oregon specializing as an Industrial Realtor servicing the Industrial Property Owners and Tenants in the areas of consulting, leasing, purchasing and selling commercial properties as a licensed Oregon Realtor and Senior Vice President for 26 years (+-) until my retirement in 2019. Experienced in running a Home-Based Business as an Internet Marketing Consultant and operation of multiple internet businesses. Working with Individuals and Companies interested in acquiring the knowledge and tools necessary to setup an internet marketing program for their business. Currently working as a Marketing Consultant and Partner for Bottom Line Concepts, a 14 yr (+) company helping Business Owners obtain their IRS Tax Refunds granted under the Cares Act under President Trump and later enhanced through President Biden. Business Owners can collect up to tax refunds per W-2 Employee.
