I am a real estate and management professional with nearly 20 years of experience, including 8 years in SaaS. Working for Searchland, one of the leading PropTech companies in the U.K. for residential and commercial development data.I have achieved of personal revenue at SaaS based companies across PropTech and ConTech sectors, including MSite which is a workforce management solution for the construction industry. I helped launched a new website, Addland.com, becoming the #1 destination for land in the UK. At Addland, I managed a team of 6 and drive annual recurring revenue of over I was part of the original sales team at LandTech, leading the training, management, and development of 12 staff. I have also worked directly with individuals at C-Level to help shape, forecast and deliver revenue.As a real estate expert with 15+ years of experience in the UK London market, I have built relationships with Prologis, Morgan Sindall, Knight Frank, Taylor Wimpey, and Kier. I have also set up JMO Group, a development and property investment company, negotiating transactions within many different types of property investment.Prior to this, I returned to the Acorn Group, where I helped two underperforming branches establish themselves into profitable businesses and opened the company’s first cold start South West London office. I also established a sales department within two branches at Ludlow Thompson, increasing instructions, sales, and invoiced between each month. I began my management career as a branch manager at Your Move, where I helped turn around an office that was at a loss into a highly profitable business.
